A Bunch of Videos About Sailing the Pacific

I had a film student crewing with me last year across the Pacific from Ecuador to Tahiti and he produced a bunch of vids about it for his senior project. I think he did an amazing job! It's a great source of info for potential crew.

I've been posting one a day on my blog this week but I decided to go ahead and make a page specifically for them. Check them out!

Great videos!,
I am studying in Ecuador for a few months coming up this semester. Part of the program includes a 5 night stay aboard a vessel in the Galapagos. Other that that I will be in Quito. Am I too far to reach the coast? Are there many marinas?

Yep. It's a scenic drive. A "locals" bus only costs about $5 bucks. But there are also quite comfy tour buses that you can grab at a major hotel for about $10 bucks (and the best way to take the trip imo) Took us about 5 hours each way.
