where to store a boat north of FLorida

Hi! We are sailing to the East Coast and we must find a place where to store our boat on the hard from June to November, because we will have to fly back to our country (Italy). Our insurance obliges us to leave the boat N of the Florida boarder.
Any suggestion about a safe yard or marina with affordable fees? Our boat is almost 46 '.

I just went through this. Many yards are either filled up or very expensive. One alternative for a reasonable priced yard is Bridgeton Boatworks in New Bern, North Carolina. We got in with a 6-1/2' draft but tight. 70 ton lift.

The other option is to talk to your insurance company and see what it costs to cover you in Florida. We opted for this, $700. We then hauled at Green Cove Springs Marina. Reasonable rates, lots of yard space, DIY.
