Re: Where to keep boat?

Can you say who the seller is? And the broker?

Re: Where to keep boat?

Geoff's number is 284 494 0772. He does spend a good bit of time in France, don't know if he is in town now. But he, and specifically him, would be the one I would turn to.

Re: Where to keep boat?

Sorry. Of course.

The current owner is Horizon Yacht Charters and the broker is BVI Yacht Sales

Here's the boat. I even have more detailed pics he sent me privately so I probably shouldn't post them. The bilge, even under the engine, is clean enough to eat off of.

Re: Where to keep boat?

One thing we really like about her is she is clean and not built upon already so we can add what we want how we want. I'm very anal about things like wiring and such as I used to build professional rock crawlers. I'd rather have a clean slate to start with than one someone else has built up in a way I want to always fix anyway.

Re: Where to keep boat?

Nothing wrong with being "anal" concerning a boat's condition, maintenance, or systems. With Horizon, you have a very good chance that things will be as they should be, when promised. Congratulations! Boat sounds nice...love to see it.

I take it that since the boat has been in charter, the actual owner is someone else, but it doesn't really matter as Horizon has been managing it. Not so with every company.

Cheers,
Tim
