On my Phone now so dont have the URLs handy but...

I use Wearher FAX images from NOAA a lot...available online or via SSB transmission

GRIB files are also quite popular. Data files and viewers available from several sources.

Passage Weather web site is popular w many... basically a GRIB viewer online.

Bouy Weather...another popular site.

They do, but their geographic categorization is diff than you would expect...in "expert charts" view choose "central america".
