Travel To Cuba

Want to cruise to Cuba from Key West but have no idea of the US / Cuban requirements

Do I need an export license for the boat ?
Or
Is a permit from the state department sufficient ?

Do we need a ViSA ?

Does anyone know ??

Re: Travel To Cuba

I you are an American then please read these pages for information: Cuba

If neither younor anyone aboard is a U.S. citizen then you can travel to Cuba, but visa requirements depend upon your citizenship.
