st.martin/anguilla/st.barth - bareback charter company & itinerary HELP!

Finally picked our destination for our next bareboat (thx for your help), now more questions. Here are our 'stats' :

April 2016
1 week to 10 days ... TBD
10 people (4 kids ages 9-11)
8th bareboat charter
BVI (many), Belize, Grenadines & Greece
Like laid back atmosphere/deserted beaches
Pig Roast, BBQ, beach shacks/bars
Need 2 SUP for duration of charter
Snorkeling
Not a HUGE fan of nudity for the kids
Enjoy BBQ-ING on the boat
Fine dining & pricy shopping - not interested
Catermeran ONLY

Quiet (non-rolly) anchorages?
3rd Tier Charter Companies (suggestions?)
Itinerary suggestions?
Must do with kids?

Thx for any help ... ready to reserve boat!

Check out VPM Bestsail in St Martin. They are on the North side of the island in Anse Marcel. French company, prices in Euros so you can get some good deals now if you have dollars to spend. I enjoyed the anchorages on the French side of the island, Marigot and Grand Case. Big open air fish market in Marigot on Saturdays. Nice easy sail to St. Barths. Go to Gustavia if you want to see mega yachts and mingle with the rich folks, go to anse de Colombier for a more unspoiled beach. If the seas are calm and you have 10 days, a trip to Saba is worth it. No beaches, but you can take a cab to the top of the island and hike down through beautiful rainforest. I haven't been to Anguilla, but I hear it's nice. Have fun!
