Southern Shores of DR
Has anyone cruised recently on S shores of the DR ? What cruising guide did you use ? Do you recomend it ? What harbors were best for provisioning, snorkeling, scuba, or other ? Where did you check in/out ? Were there difficulties ? Any problems withg thefts ? What should we not mess ? should we by-pass ?

Did you cruise next to Spanish Virgins ? Same questions ?
