Shore power adapters for Caribbean

Could one of you many experienced Caribbean boaters tell me what kind of various shore power adapters I will need for cruising the Caribbean -- Virgins, Puerto Rico, Windwards, Leewards? I have the standard US 30amp 3 prong twist connector. What else would I need to expect for visiting Caribbean marinas??

Thanks!

You will use, in puerto rican marinas, the prong system you descibed. Plug, twist and play. If the outlet is far away and you don't have sufficient length on the power cord you can jury rig power with a simple hardware bought 3 thread line sufficiently heavy for your power needs. I't save you money as an alternative to the yellow cord.

On the Island you'l find regular 110 & 220.
