Recommendation for a surveyor in St Martin

I have to have my every 4 year out of the water survey for insurance purposes by July. Boat lives at Anse Marcel, St Martin FWI.
Can anyone recommend a surveyor in St Martin?
I have owned the boat for 19 years and know it like the back of my hand but the insurance value has to be substantiated.

I havent used him, nor heard of reputation, but you could try JC at Time Out Boat Yard, Sandy Ground, Marigot.

Did not retain his services, since I needed a survey in Guadeloupe. He was recommended to me by Bureau Veritas in the US. I did meet him in St.Martin as he was doing multiple surveys for Moorings while I was visiting a Lagoon410 there just 2 weeks ago, and the Moorings representative commented he was a good surveyor.

David Duong did my survey. It was good for what I paid. There where extenuating circumstances which made the survey kind of moot. So, I'd recommend him. He used to be the base manager for Horizon Yacht Charter but I noticed someone has replaced him. He may have left the island.
