Puerto Rico Foreign yacht storage ideas

I intend sailing to Puerto Rico this winter.
I've been working my way up the Islands each winter from Grenada.
Currently the boat is ashore in Virgin Gorda.
I usually leave the boat, a 36 footer, in a boatyard for the Summer months and sail the Caribbean mid winter months.
Can anyone recommend a boatyard in PR?
Are there any bureaucratic problems for a foreign (Irish ) flagged yacht being left there for about 8 months?
Any ideas of costs too.

Can't el with anything ashore (I don't remember seeing boats laid-up anywhere?)but wen we cam along the south coast a year or so ago, Salinas looked (for the hurricane-belt) to have an exceptionally well protected marina and mooring field; I was told lots of boats sit out the Hurricane Season there.
