Looking Boat Slip in Mid and upper Chesapeake Bay

Looking for a short term boat slip in Annapolis from a few weeks to a couple months.


Requirements:
1. Plenty of water. Draft is 8.5 feet
2. Air draft 85 ft
3. Length is 59 feet.
4. Safe harbor but good jumping point to the North (Maine and Bermuda)

Planed sailing activities for this year and next:
1. Newport to Bermuda race in 2014
2. Maine, Nova Scotia and PEI
3. Return trip, LIS, Hell Gate and Liberty Landing marina
4. BVI and Caribbean

Good boat yard is a plus, since there are a number things need to taken care of.
1. Lewmar Vertical Retracting Thruster
2. Two refrigerators
