holding tank in Mexico
who can tell me whether a holding tank is mandatory on a 23 foot sailboat in Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua?
or any single one of these countries for that matter....thanks!

as far as i know the only places a holding tank is nessacary are turkey,usa and maybe canada the rest of the world bio degrades naturaly

Technically Mexico requires them.Never heard of any enforcement/inspections though.
