Haulout in the Virgin Islands

Just HAD to do this....

I recently hauled out my cat at Nanny Cay Marina & Boatyard in Tortola and, for the first time ever, actually enjoyed the experience!

The yard staff there are knowledgeable and efficient as well as being helpful and friendly, as the marina staff are too. The facilities there are great, being able to swim in the pool or off the small beach at the end of a working day is wonderful, after which the clean, beautifully fitted bathrooms in the hotel are offered for the use of owners or crew working on their boats....with endless hot water!

The restaurant (Peg Legs) and bar/cafe (Genakers) offer excellent food all day long between them and the beach bar (Captain M's) is a delight.

Many thanks to all there....will be seeing them for ALL my next haulouts whilst in the Caribbean and recommend Nanny Cay to all Cruisers Forum members in the area
