Good Boat Yard in Maryland for DIY Sailboat Work?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a good yard to put my sailboat on the hard and do work on it. Specifically, I want to unstep the mast, paint it, redo the rigging and then bottom job and a few other things. I would be doing chainplates as well.

Can you guys recommend a good, DIY friendly, yard for doing this on the Maryland side of the Chesapeake Bay? The closer to the Patapsco river the better!.

I did my refit on the hard, DIY, at a Tidewater yacht service center (I think is the full name). Its on patapsco river just outside of Baltimore. Anchor bay in bear creek dicked me around last minute on haul out, soma friend recommended Tidewater. It was big, clean, good lighting and bath houses. Marine chandler on site with resonable prices. They have all the equipment for dropping and storing a mast etc. etc.
