Fajardo --> St Thomas

I'll find myself arriving in Fajardo, Puerto Rico somewhere around the 13th-18th of November (wind depending on the I-66 route) and am looking to make my way to St Thomas. If any of you are or know of someone who may be heading East from Fajardo and would like some company, let me know!
