Corpus area boat partnership?

I am moving from the Florida panhandle to *cough* New Mexico for a few years. I currently own a 20 ft O'Day that's just down the street in Destin Harbor.

I'm looking for a partnership with someone in the Corpus area (closest water access to me) in a 27-35 ft boat. Buy-in terms are negotiable, and would share slip and maint. expenses during the 3-4 years I would be in the area.

I've been sailing regularly for a few years, got my keelboat cert years ago but put the ASA stuff on hold after getting the O'Day. Would fully understand/expect a few sails together at the beginning for boat and system familiarization as a part of being checked out on the boat.
