Cheap Charter from Antigua!

My family and I are looking for an affordable charter from Antigua for a week in March (monohull, about 40ft).

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any affordable charter companies? We got a quote from Cosmos that seems pretty good, much cheaper than sunsail, bvi charter etc.

We don't need a skipper, just bare boat.

Has anyone used any cheap companies and not had any issues?

Thanks!

Re: Cheap Charter from Antigua!

We just got a discount from horizon - a 2010 42 foot monohull for about $3,000 for the week plus another 300 +/- for permits and insurance etc. Taking the trip at the end of the month - hopefully boat is in good condition.

Re: Cheap Charter from Antigua!

In case anyone else is reading this thread because they're looking, try latesail or cosmos. We've booked a 2009 built jeanneau 44 for a week from St Martin for £1800, leaving March. Cosmos seemed a similar price.
