My son and I were there on a Sunday afternoon. A cute young gal (who lived on St Johns and worked as a bartender there) treated us to a "Shotski*" at the bar. Her boyfriend didn't seem to mind at all. We returned the favor. Friendly folks, those locals.



*a "Shotski" is a slalom water ski with four holes cut in it to hold jiggers. The bartender fills the jiggers with some sort of alcoholic concoction and the four drinkers down their drinks in unison.
