Beach Cat Rentals in Florida

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for locations of beach cat rentals in Florida. I am planning a family vacation (up to 10 people) and I am looking for a decent place to stay with beach cats on site or nearby.
Maybe the best strategy is to find beach cats and look for accommodations nearby. This would be for December, so I think that the Keys or maybe up to Ft. Lauderdale would be warm enough.
