For the southern Caribbean, just about anytime. Hurricaine season is officially June through November. But for most of the northern Caribbean it's sort of August through October - there are no guarantees.

Offshore Passages south to the Caribe are generally undertaken in early November after Hurricane season and before the Xmas winds set in. The other decent time to work your way down island (thorny path) is late Feb/March as weather permits. Offshore you generally have to wait a bit longer to head south...mid-April at least to avoid N. Atlantic winter fronts/gales.

If you are coming from Europe, the best timing is to go to the Canaries in late September, then leave for the Caribbean in December or January. For the reason you don't cross in July-November, go to the National Hurricane Center and look at Bertha.

As I a beginner (of course with big passion to sailing) give some advise what boat is preferable for crossing the Atlantic.
All my sailing experience has been day sailor boats, but I have decided to by a yacht and go arrow the world. Old dream which has to be done. You probably know what it is when you decide – nothing can stop you.

Welcome to Cruisers Forum. In answer to your question, there as are many opinions as there are sailors. You can see what kind of boats others have chosen to cross the Atlantic on World Cruising Club's website: Entry List for World Cruising Club: ARC
The list is not exhaustive. There are other boats that will do the job.

As you do your research, look at boats that meet the CE Category A. Ocean standards. Note that they are "minimum" standards, so some boats meeting the standards will be more capable than others.

I realy have no experience in it.
To be honest there are not too many people around even that I can discussit with althogh that Bulgaria is a marine country, but it is still very undeveloped in this field.
Any particular type that you can give as a tip?

Yes you are right,

I looked at the list that Hud3 mentioned. Well I am looking ate a Beneteau Oceanis 393. seems ok to me.
Now I have to start looking for a good offer. I dont what to spend too much money for my first boat.
