Anchorages in Hawk Channel

Getting ready for another quick (2 weeks) trip to the Keys from Melbourne.
Will head down the ICW, out Ft. Pierce, run the 50ft mark until Key Biscayne, then run the 100ft mark.
First stop will be Pennekamp for a day or two. (Kids love it there). Next stop will be Marathon. Then we've looked at Loo Key for some diving and snorkeling but not sure where to anchor?

Where are the favorite anchorages on the Atlantic side of the keys? We only draw about 3.5 ft with our PDQ.
