Amatuer Radio Net Nth Alantic

Hi All

We have been cruising Australia and as a HAM operator I have been joining the amatuer radio nets in the eastern Pacific.
We are about to travel to the Caribbean to cruise to Greece and I am querying whether anybody can advise me of details of the amatuer radio nets that cruisers are operating in the Nth Alantic.

Regards to all

Re: Amatuer Radio Net Nth Alantic

Tommie,

Lots of nets along the Western Atlantic and Caribbean. Here's one list:

East Coast Cruising Nets

In the Med and Eastern Atlantic area, the UK Maritime Net used to be active. I believe the frequency is 14303 and the time is 18Z, but there may be others as well.

World MM Nets - a Cruising Guide on the World Cruising and Sailing Wiki

Onpassage.com : yacht cruising radio nets, SSB, HAM scheds

Marine and amateur radio net details, times and frequencies on SSB, Ham, HF and VHF for cruising yachts.

This should get you started
