The US pilot charts are available in a version to use with chart-plotters here: Pilot Charts for Chart Plotters | Official OpenCPN Homepage.
Use the Central NA charts for an overview and the Med charts for details.

We sailed up to Morlaix in France in 2005 when the Azores high collapsed. The only weather info that was accurate was weatheronline.co.uk/sailing

Might as well go for the site you think has the prettiest colours
