Reliable and reasonably priced marina in NE Aegean?

Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonably priced marina in the Northeast Aegean for over-wintering a 40-foot sailboat ashore?

Try Manitsas at Nea Peramos, this is appr. 20 km west of Kavala. Actually, it is not a marina but a dry dock plus boatyard for repairs and services.

I have not used it but have visited the place. It looks OK and I am considering it as an option for future haul outs and dry dock.

Also there's Tsoukas Marine - Porto Lagos - VOLVO PENTA IPS - KARNIC - MERCRUISER - Boats - Sales - Repair Center about 30nm east of there in Porto Lagos

It's pretty cold in N Aegean over winter; expect some freezing. See N Aegean ports

Freezing weather takes some of the shine off this idea! We've been spoiled by several years in the southern Aegean....

I was going to say Agmar Marine on Leros until I saw your profile
And yes I know its not really NE Aegean
