Crew airrescued from a Privilege 7

Found the following article this morning on the German internetsailsite SegelReporter: News über Segeln, Yacht, Jolle, Katamaran, Regatta, Charter

The Crew of the Privilege 7"Jesseas II" was airrescued by a helicopter, close to Garrucha/Med after their Catamaran was dismasted in the same severe Storm which led although to massive damages on Boats in Mallorca.
As written in the article, the Cat took although on Water and the Captain sent a Mayday. It is uncertain what occured the leak which led to the water increas and it is although uncertain if this would have led to sinking because of the watertight bulkheads of the Privilege, is written further down.
The Skipper prepared the liferaft. One Crewmember war injured on his Ear. Later the SAR-Boat "Mastelero"appeared on scene and stood with the Cat. the Sailors were flewn out to Almeria.

It is impressive to see how professional and quick the Crew of the Helimer 219 Helikopter and the "Lifeguard" on Board, worked together. As soon as there are more informations availible I will post them.

There's another thread on this event that's been running for a few days. You may like to continue this one there rather than having two:
