Hong Kong: TST/Central - anchor/mooring?

For a planned upcoming meet-up, I am looking for a good place in Central/CWB/TST area to moor or anchor my catamaran. There should be landing steps nearby so we can pick up and drop off those joining from the city. Good public transport nearby is an added plus.

I had a few suggestions already - with those requirements in mind, what is your suggestion?

Don’t think you will be anchoring anywhere there... probably you best bet is to use the RHYC’s facilities.

I heard of some moorings in Causeway Bay. Also considering a typhoon shelter. It's just for a few hours on a lazy Wednesday afternoon - then we leave again.
