Looks like they have enough wind around NZ for a good sail. Queensland is a bit timid don't you think? :-)

Down here in SE Queensland it's currently 15°C, blowing about 12 knots from the SW and completely overcast and raining, it's been like this all week, bloody miserable weather......

It would be a god sail, BUT, The wind has ice blocks in it, Its freezing cold,

Perhaps such a sail would bring you closer to heaven. You would have to ask the kiwis about that.
And as for 15C, overcast and raining -that is summer weather out here next to cape disappointment. Yeehaaa! Lets go sailing!
