Sailing Travel

For those without their own boats, I highly recommend an "adventure sailing" company called Seascape. They operate mostly in the Aegean, which has fabulous sailing, consistent wind, friendly locals, beautiful islands, and lots of other good stuff. I took a trip with them a couple summers ago and it is one of the best times I've every had. They also do a couple trips a year to other exotic locales.

You have brought up an interesting question?

Should a person WITHOUT a sailboat put a large sum of money aside for their dream boat or spend a large sum to keep the dream alive?

I'm going to keep saving for my dream boat. I see the other side though.

I love the Aegean, though I've never been. I'll be sailing my dream boat there when I get there.
