Good Yard to Get Hauled in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida

Wondering if anyone has some recommendations of a good (and inexpensive) yard to get hauled before we jump to the Bahamas. I was thinking I'd get it done at Charleston or south of there.
I need to get the bottom painted and replace zincs, and I have a few other projects. Some I might need help with, some I can do myself. I'd need somewhere that would be ok with my doing some basic work on the boat.
I thought I'd avoid Florida for this due to expense, but timing wise that could be good because my girlfriend is leaving the boat during thanksgiving, and I could get it done around then. So if there's good, cheap places in Florida I'd love to hear about them.

Thanks!

Green Cove Springs marina on the St Johns River about 20 miles south of Jacksonville or 35 miles from the ICW.

Good rates, DIY or pay them. Very reasonable. Last rate sheet I have from them:

- Haul in and out - $3.50/ft
- blocking - $50-$80
- pressure wash - $1.25/ft (assuming no hard growth, scraping, etc.)
- work area including water and electric $0.40/ft/day.

There is an old boatyard back behind St. Augustine up the little creek that is supposed to be pretty liberal about how and who does work on the boat. You might check them out.

No such thing as "good" AND cheap but Cracker Boy in West Palm Beach Has been my choice for the past ten years. Real good is Seminole Boat Yard in the same area.
All the best

Green Cove Springs is cheaper than most but it's a long way from the coast or the ICW. And it's quite a trip up the St. Johns River, especially if the tide's not favourable. Having said that, there aren't any cheap yards on the East Coast. I like Tiger Point in Fernandina Beach.
