Cheapest place to get hauled

I'd like to DIY some boat work (rebed deck hardware, rebed portlights, redo some the core around the stanchions, sanding, fairing, paint, etc). Pretty sure I'd like a covered space with electric and water available. Close to Edgewater, Severn, Crofton, Gambrills, MD is ideal.

What are the best options and costs for hauling the boat (27' Catalina) and sticking it in a shed somewhere?

I'd probably be paying for:

Hauling out of the water (currently in Galesville, MD)
Ground transportation and setup (jacks?)
Monthly shed rent or outside storage (w/electric and water availability).

Anyone try this?
