Re: New from Mantus Anchors!

thank folks...!
So its just a bracket.... because the rail is not strong enough of a place to deploy and tie off of... but is pretty logical place to store an anchor. So because its not an anchor that sees daily use we thought storing it ready to use in an accessible location is a good idea...

would it not be cool to have a JET PACK included with each anchor...
Given our budget it would probably be a bottle rocket...

Re: New from Mantus Anchors!

Is there enough room to run the chain alongside the anchor shaft from the top so you could keep it fully rigged and ready to deploy at a moment's notice?

Greg... I think your budget... and the average budget of your clientele (us)...

Matches perfectly at the low end of the spectrum...

One notch above a sparkler...

Yes... your should be able to pre-load the chain and rope... but I will not run the rode through the bracket... to avoid accidentally loading it and damaging the pulpit...

Re: New from Mantus Anchors!

Great idea for those unwieldy anchors all of us have buried in a lazarette and totally not ready for fast deployment.

Sure looks pretty too!

I want one for that Fortress I never used. Now I have to figure out what to remove. (I have decided not to add anything the boat without removing something else.)
