Yes there are several, often cruiser owned businesses you hear about on this forum, that I strive to do business with, I’ll even gladly pay more for the support.
I have two Rocna’s and am very happy with them, but knowing what I do now I would have bought Mantus, for the support, even though I’ve never had an issue with my Rocna’s and can’t speak to their support.

Another anchor manufacturer that it seems is famous for their support is Fortress, I have one of those and picked it based on the support stories I’ve heard, although I’ve never called them with a support problem either.

I just received my shackel, from Mantus, today, via Fedex, no charge. Very nice.
I agree with the comments here, Mantus customer service is really good.

If you're in Canada, I can't recommend Entrepot marine, or Marine Mart, at all. Their customer service, when I told them about the swivel missing, was to refer me to the manufacturer. They also took nearly a week to send it, and that was only after I called to track it down. So, for customer service, and prompt shipping, I'd rate them an F-.
