Hi all, after much soul searching my wife and I have come to the conclusion that we should part with our beautiful yacht. Built in 2001 to an Ed Dubois design, Khaleesi is a true blue water cruiser but is equally at home in coastal waters. This Wauquiez Pilot Saloon 43 is fully kitted out for extended passage making, she is currently lying in Alicante, Spain.
The specification includes Copper coated hull finish, a custom built stainless steel arch fitted with a 190w solar panel and a Silent Wind wind turbine. Many other upgrades include a Raymarine touchscreen A125 Chartplotter, digital radar, and a Raymarine Evolution autopilot, new batteries and battery chargers and both short and long range communication radio systems.
Khaleesi has a Yanmar 4JH3TE 75HP diesel engine, and is propelled with a Gori folding 3 blade propeller.
All standing rigging was replaced with new in 2014, and all running rigging has been replaced since then.
A maple veneer interior provides a light and airy feel to the comfortable interior. The dining area is raised to provide a near 360 degree viewing through the coach roof windows, with a full size chart table and nav station and a well equipped galley which comes with a freezer and separate fridge.
