Looking for an Adventure - Classic Cruising Yacht

Looking a sale or to swap for something of value or even another great opportunity.Always open for suggestions ....
The boat is located in Cape Town ,South Africa and is British registered.
I live in the Azores Islands and have had plans to move the boat there. But however life has done some unexpected turns and circumstance have change etc. So, I never landed up sailing to my dream location.

Yacht Description:

Luxury Practical Cruising yacht available for sale. This classic R.O.R.C cruising yacht was built in 1976 and has completed 2 Cape to Rio yacht races. Total rebuilt in 1996 for cruising, then later had a second refit and make over in 2010, and has been beautifully maintained. Professionally built for racing from steel and Ferro Cement with a lifetime outer skin of ABE Epoxy coating .This type of hull has almost zero maintenance.Also has a small workshop after. Double bunk after and forward.

Equipment:
The interior is tastefully fitted out in solid Teak and Canadian Beech wood and peach leatherette trim. Fitted with hot and cold running water through out, equipped with a mini bar and entertainment system. The navigation chart area is has a Radar , 2 GPS , VHF Radio, Ham HF Radio ,Fish finder , Electronic compass and all LED illuminated wind instruments inside and outside. A full infantry list of safety equipment which also includes and life raft and 4 manual and automatic bulge pumps. Power plant includes a 30 HP Diesel , prop charger , Wind charger and 6 100 ah Batteries. Sails Number 1,2,3 and Genoa and 2 X mains Sails.
Very solid seaworthy boat! Built to last .

You might want to add things like LOA, LOD, LWL, beam and draft, keel type, rudder type and various things like rig description and steering type. All pretty critical factors in evaluating a distant yacht.

Probably the chicken wire they mesh the cement onto.
