Want To Buy: Looking for a <$10K Monohull Sailboat, located in the Western Pacific

I am looking for a monohull sloop in the Western Pacific ocean, anywhere from French Polynesia (in the East), to Thailand (in the West), and South to Australia or New Zealand.

Would love a blue water boat, but might settle for a coastal cruiser with a good keel.
I can handle most DIY items, including an engine rebuild (but I dont have time for one now).

Prefer:
Price: $10,000 USD or less, or possibly higher price if the owner is willing to finance the portion over 10K. I have excellent credit and can offer an attractive interest rate. Cash for the first $10K
30-40 feet (9-12 meters) LOA
Single mast Sloop, not ketch, for single-handed sailing
Ready to sail now or with a few days cleanup, minor repairs.
9 feet (3 meters) Beam or wider
6 foot or more headroom in the main salon
Inboard Diesel Engine with reasonable hours that is solid and reliable
Good Main and jib sails
Good hull not in need of immediate major work
Good Standing and Running Rigging not in need of immediate work.
Jib furler
Electricity source to run electronics, lights. Battery bank including starter battery.
Water tanks and pumps for sink, shower, toilet.
Fuel tank
Basic electronics. Depth finder, epurb, radio, etc
Good ground tackle. Anchor and rode
Dodger
Interior not so important.

Pluses:
Bluewater keel (Full or near full keel)
Prefer GRP but will consider other hull types
Autopilot or wind vane
More sails. Spinnaker, storm sail, and others a plus.
Solar panels
More electronics. AIS, radar, chart plotter, wind generator, water maker,
Windlass
Bimini
Tender/ outboard
Safety Gear
Heater
Good engine access
