We are selling our just refitted boat. Plans are changed and sailing has to be postponed for some years.
The boat was fully refitted in 2019 spring. Condition is like new. Here is the list what is included in refit:


EXTERIOR
Topsides professionally prepared and painted (sprayed) with Awcraft paint (Dark blue color)
Tow rails, grab handles and all other wood parts varnished with 10 coats of Epifanes varnish
Non-skid repainted
New stainless steel through hulls on top sides (including anchor drain)
New antifouling paint (4 coats, first two red, last 2 black)
New running and standing rigging
New Bimini and spray-hood
New teak outboard holder
Lightly sanded teak decks
New teak in the cockpit (seats, floors, table)
New teak flag pole (with new British registry flag)
New teak steps in transom
New LED navigation lights (all)
All hatches came out and reinstalled with fresh adhesive
All fixed windows reinstalled, and glass changed (Makrolon)
The steering wheel is covered in leather
Caulking was changed where it showed any wear
All winches serviced in 2018 summer
New fenders all around
New dock lines
New Crusader sails (main and genoa), made in the UK

INTERIOR
Areas with any wear were professionally varnished or changed. Including companionway steps, floors.
New plumbing: new faucets and showers (Hans Grohe)
New Curtains all around the boat
New cushions all around the boat
New mattress in aft cabin (very comfortable, made to custom fit the boat)
All locks were cleaned, greased and polished
All interior parts in stainless steel were polished (sinks, sockets, switches, etc.)
New dining sets
All hinges cleaned or changed (doors, fridge, cabinets)
All interior mirrors changed

ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRIC
New Spectra Ventura T200 Water maker installed (never used)
New washdown system for deck and anchor installed (fresh or salt water)
USB and 12V outlets installed in every cabin (1x USB, 1x12V per cabin)
New raw water electric sink system installed (for dishwashing or any other needs), also there is a manual pump for back up
All lights were changed to LED’s
The high-end FOCAL audio system was installed inside and outside (cockpit), Pioneer stereo player with Bluetooth
New RARITAN ELEGANCE fresh water electric toilet in aft head
Bow toilet converted to Jabsco electric unit (could be easily converted back to manual if so desired)
New portable Dometic CFX 50W freezer/fridge comes with the boat
Never used Victron 3000w power inverter/charger comes with the boat (not installed in the time of the writing)
All the electronics were installed properly with breakers and additional panels.
2 x new Caframo Sirocco II very quite interior fans installed
1 x new portable 12V fan included in the boat
New Standard Horizon HX870 handheld radio installed (with charging cradle and GPS function)
2 X new Standard Horizon HX100 handheld radios come with the boat
New Raymarine AIS/VHF splitter 100 installed
Bilge pump float switches replaced (2x)
New solar panels fitted (2 x 270w, made in Europe)
New Victron solar controller

MECHANICAL

Hi! Can you update photos? First 15 are not loaded correctly. What about a price of delivering to med?
