Hi, I have owned and extensively refitted a really great boat (IMHO) for 10 years. She is a CAL 46 and she is currently sitting in arguably the best cruising area in the world... French Polynesia. This boat has been refitted for ocean crossings and cruising with lots of bells and whistles (new water maker, hyrdovane, folding prop, led lighting, solar, batteries, interior, sails...) She is a fine boat!

It cost a lot to own an ocean capable boat and also requires extensive knowledge. I think that a shared ownership model makes sense and I think the right group of people with similar goals could benefit greatly with a Paradise Fractional Collaborative.

Imagine getting 20% ownership and access to an already great boat with over $100,000 invested in the past few years already located in paradise for $15,000 USD (shares would be registered in the Canadian Boat registry)!!!!
