A 1973 refurbished Ericson 27 for "sail" in sunny Southern California. The boat is bursting with improvements from mechanical upgrades from a Yanmar with a saildrive transmission to her Gori-2-Blade-folding propeller. The upgrades don't stop there either. Her inside was gutted and redone.

There are comfortable sleeping accommodations for 5 people. She has a great floor plan with ample room for a family to sail and stay at their favorite destination over the weekend.

She feels much larger than she is. To the STRBRD there is a quarter berth, dinette, large table, and an enclosed head. To the port side is the galley with an ice box, sink, stove, and nice countertop. Further up is a long sofa with ample storage underneath. Prior to the V-berth entrance is a table/storage niche with a12 volt power and 110 power outlets. Her V-berth is spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of headroom.
