Damaged 45-58FT Catamaran

Looking to buy damaged Catamaran. I am fixing this for my personal use! I do not plan on selling this. I understand most are gone or badly damaged. I do not want any water damaged boats that cannot be fixed realistically. I know there are many.
Thank you.

Not a boat that has been sunk.

Wow - those are in rough shape. It's hard to believe that if they were free it would be worth repairing.

How about a 50ft Prout aerorig in Venice, Fl.? Heavily rigged for cruising.

But if they're going cheap then you can buy 2 or 3 and Frankenstein together a good monster. Just takes some stitching and a few bolts.

Re: Damaged 45-58FT Catamaran

Sun Cat is a 1996 vintage Prout. I would not call her damaged, though she recently went through some major professional repair in a yard in St. Pete. I believe the repair to be as good as original. There is some soft spots on her solid bimini as well as on her aft deck. She needs one air conditioner unit. I believe her hull is sound and had her bottom painted when the repair was done.
Sun Cat is well fitted out for cruising with 1500 watts of solar power and one does not need the gen/set very often. The gen/set does need some tlc, though the engines, twin 55 Volvo, are new about 1000 hours ago. Sails are original, though good. There was some wear that was addressed on the mast where the aerorig sits in the yard. Bye the way, I really love that rig. I am getting a bit older to handle her lately and would love to find a good buyer for her.

If there is any way you could send me a private message with your phone, we could talk more. I am open to any and all offers.
