Want To Buy: Coastal Cruising Catamaran in SE Asia for 2019

We are looking for a good catamaran for family coastal cruising in the region with 3 or 4 berths, probably 36-42 ft. Ideally we would not take ownership until 2019, as we will start our cruising in summer 2019. Looking for a boat in good shape, without need for major refitting, hopefully kitted out well for extended cruising. Hoping to find an owners model, without a charter background. Ideally the ship would be a good mix of comfort and some performance, we really like the Seawind 1160/1260.

I had seen most of these in my previous investigation. Some good options. The best of which. a Sewawind 1160, I got outbid on.
