'95 Jeanneau 371 Sun Oddyssey Owner's Version

"95 Jeanneau 37'6" SO Owner's version, $70k, Lying St. Croix, USVI. Double aft cabin with hanging locker starboard, double forward cabin V berth with two closets, settee makes a third double berth, teak interior (only one piece of fiberglass visible at sole on port side below galley sink. Three burner stainless double sink, sea or fresh water pressurized. Large Frig/Freezer stays cold and makes ice. Large head with ample storage behind mirrored doors. 80 gal water, 40 gal diesel, 20 gal head tank-newly rebuilt Jabsco head, Spectra 150 water maker, all required safety equipment current with pfd's for 6 persons. New main sail with 150 headsail on roller furling. Davits on stern for 10' dinghy. Stern rail outboard mount. Ample ground tackle with 45# and 35# bow anchors, 200' 3/8" BBB chain & 200' 3/4" rode and 150' 3/8" BBB chain & 150' 3/4" rode. 30# spade anchor with 50' 3/8" chain and 150' 3/4" roade. Manual windlass. 3 125ah AGM batteries with separate start batteries. 400W wingen on stern rail mount, separate propane line for stern mounted BBQ supply. 5 Harken ST winches. Sugar scoop stern with swim ladder and outside stern shower water supply. Teak inlay cockpit seats and floor. RayMarine 18k radar, chart plotter, Autohelm 4000 wheel pilot, newly replaced steering quadrant with wheel lock installed. Handheld GPS. Stereo/CD Player w/speakers in cabin and in cockpit. Flat screen entertainment center on swivel wall mount. LED lighting throughout. Xantrex 1kW 120Vac inverter and 12Vdc outlets throughout. Microwave. Full set of cookware and dishes, glasses, etc. in galley. WIFI wirie internet booster installed. Full Bimini and dodger w/new eisenglass. Insect screens and pull out shades for all ports and double locking hatches. Very dry boat with autovents fore and aft. Yanmar 3GM 30hp diesel w/low hours (1000). new pressure pumps and bungs at all through hulls. She sails and points well to weather. Fast and smooth. No blisters, new bottom job scheduled for last week in June. Zincs are at 3/4's now (I carry two on the prop shaft. Cutlass bearing was replaced at last haul out. Many spares, pumps, zincs, gaskets, filters, etc. are kept aboard. along with ample lines and blocks. Standing rigging is good and recently tuned. Running rigging is good. Mooring may be purchased for an additional $2,500.00

Sorry I didn't see your posts earlier. Bottom job was completed and new zincs installed end of July 2018. I will be posting some better photos and a more comprehensive listing format when I get down there next week. In the meantime, if any questions, replyson the forum or by pm, will be answered.

Still for sale, I’ve been sailing the BVI’s and usvi’s in the meantime.

That is correct. In the layout diagram, the port side enclosure is the head and shower (though fixtures are not shown in that particular schematic.

Actually that port side schematic would be under the lazerette, where the water maker and dive tanks are mounted, so it is an accurate description in the drawing, it’s a generic schematic from sailboat data that should have shown a couple of pillows in the single aft cabin with a double berth.
