52'center cockpit pilothouse cutter rig

looking for a sailboat to live on? I have the one for you.

My price has been adjusted to $199,900. AS IS from the earlier survey. That is a considerable reduction to allow for any discrepancies from a new survey. New improvements and repairs to complex systems have now resulted in this price as of July 24 th, 2018. Any further expense and increased value may also be reflected in the future. I will share the past Survey with a Qualified Prospect after receiving a letter from their banker of their financial approval to purchase this yacht. My Cell number is (228) 216-9542.

Trade in's will also be considered of other assets; Aircraft, RV's , yachts. Thx.

You should be able to write a really long post, but start with location, that helps.
