Hi all.

We a family of 5 wants to buy a 50/60Ft Sailing vessel.

Because I'm a Mechanical Engineer we are searching for a project boat to finish. Don't matter witch material.

budget to buy : $ 40000/50000

There are a few gulfstar 50 footers that can be had for that price on yachtworld. Just type in Gulfstar and they pop up. Most are late 70s boats, but should fit your requirements.

I can second the Gulfstar 50 sloop or ketches. There were 172 made.

There are still lots of hurricane damaged boats including both multis and monos in sail and power versions. They are definitely projects and can be had really cheaply. They are on YW and here:
