43ft Bruce Roberts

43ft Bruce Roberts,

Solid Blue water Cruiser. Location Freemans Wharf, Penryn. TR108AD

Ny-vern has been my home for the past two years when I took her on and began completing the refit started by the previous owner. I since have been contracting overseas and do not have the time to complete the process, that in addition to moving to South Africa is why I'm selling.

She is very spacious with full head room (I'm 1.76m and there's still a foot clearance at the lowest point) in all sections, a powerful shower and newly installed boiler element and pressure regulator (£600). There are two water tanks one stern Stainless approx. 80L and one just forward of midships GPR approx. 100L. Standard jabssco toilet with sink in head and a double sink unit in galley above engine bay.

There are two electrical systems 12V and shore power that run an automatic bilge pump fresh water pump and grey water pump as well as standard UK 240V plug points.

Galley has a gimballed two hob gas burner with oven and grill supplied by 7kg butane bottle stored outside in starboard locker. There is a brand new webasto heater including piping and fittings that has not been set up yet and a small fridge.

It is Keel stepped, the mast is stored in a warehouse down the road, It needs work and rigging replaced.(Currently have an offer for a second hand replacement at 2k) There is a set of sails plus spare, stored at the marina.

The Engine is a Perkins 4.108, a 2009 rebuild. I have had it start but cannot get it running for long.

There are 4 berths, 1 double in the bow, a double midships with hanging locker port and two singles along the starboard. Brand new upholstery made for 1 double the two singles and both saloon seats. 4 large hatches, 1 in the companion way 1 in each double berth and one in the head.

There are two through hull fittings, depth gauge and speed log that have not been connected yet.

There are also two large cases of various rigging spares incl. two large Barlow winches manual bilge pump and navigation lights.

I also have on board 2 x 200ah GBS lithium batteries. They are brand new in box unused that i'd also like to sell, not incl. in boat price. (https://lithiummarine.co.uk/products...13335141711990)

No Navigational equipment
No Life raft

Re: 43ft Bruce Roberts

Apologies, I copied the description from my apollo duck ad and they don't allow the price in that section.

Its GRP, constructed in Falmouth by a boat builder who has since passed.

Asking £10 000
