40' Norman Cross Trimaran

1984, 40' Norman Cross design. This is actually the 38' design built originally with a 2' stern extension.
Glass/Epoxy/Foam (hull and deck) built with plywood/glass/epoxy bulkheads.

Boat is presently cruising in the Bahamas and will be in Northern Florida early May

Mechanical:
Rebuilt 3 cylinders 27hp Westerbeke diesel engine with about 300 hrs since rebuilt.
New starter motor (2015)
New R&D shaft coupling (2015)
24 gallon Moeller diesel tank (2014)
Racor 500MA turbine fuel filter (2014)
two blades folding propeller

Electrical
300 amp house batteries
2 x 130 watts Kyocera solar panel with 2 Genasun solar controlers
LED lights (interior and navigation)

Electronics:
Autohelm GPS
Raymarine Evolution wheel Autopilot (2014)
Depth Sounder

Deck:
4 Lewmar hatches
2 Lewmar 44ST primary winches
4 Barlow winches (secondaries + halyards)
Synthetique lifelines

Ground tackle:
RC88 Maxwell windlass (2014) located 9' aft of the bow
Deepself feeding chain locker
45 lbs Manson Suprem 150' of 5/16' galvanized grade 40 chain and 150' 5/8" three stands Nylon line
42 lbs Danforth with 30' 3/8" galvanized chain and 150' 3/4" three strands
20 lbs Danforth with 30' 5/16" chain and 150' 5/8" three strand line

Interior:
- Aft cabin:
double bed (4" foam matress - 2014)
storage cubies, drawers and hanging locker
Jabsco manual toilet
- Galley:
Force 10, 3 burners + oven propane stove (2014)
Top loading refrigerator (air cooled Danfoss BD50F compressor + evaporator)
Stainless steel double sink
12V Fresh water pressure pump
Salt water foot pump
- Salon:
2 double beds on each side of salon (4" thick foam matress - 2014)
Folding table seating 4
- Head:
Vanity with stainless sink, storage and hanging locker
C-head composting toilet

Sails:
North Main sail with 3 reefs, very good condition
Lee Sails #2 jib, poor condition
Lee Sails #3 jib, poor condition
Lee Sail staysail. poor condition
Hood storm jib, very good condition

10' Carib RIB
3hp Yamaha outboard

Unfortunately, the owner told me that she was sold before she ever got back to Florida from cruising in the Bahamas. Darn it, i knew she was a good deal.
