Want To Buy: 32-36' cruiser - well maintained - in SE Asia

Let's just say the boats for sale locally leave a lot to be desired; either not maintained at all or demanding far more than they are worth (usually both), so my next thought was to return to the US, buy my next boat and sail it over to the Philippines...

But if anyone has a sailboat they want to sell in SE Asia or are on the way (I'm in Philippines, but flexible in terms of location), prefer US registered, that is BW capable and a comfortable cruiser 32-36', priced reasonably, and well maintained/clean/has service records, shoot me a pm with what you have in mind (make/model/price/location).
