Want To Buy: 30-36ft blue water cruiser (NJ/NYC area)

Figured I might as well post here!

We're a couple in the market for a cheap-er ~30ft cruising sailboat. Only "firm" requirements are headroom below. I'm 5'11 (being generous).

Goals are to go on longer cruises with this boat, starting with coastal cruising and moving to Bermuda and other offshore destinations.

Our budget is semi-flexible depending on what needs (or doesn't need) to be done to the boat. A good number to throw out there is $30k USD.

Quite a few boats on the market we're looking at, but feel free to share what you have.
