1998 PDQ 36/39 Pacifica for sale by owner in San Blas, Panama.

New low price: $109,995.00
Location: San Blas islands, Panama.
PACIFICA is a PDQ 36 catamaran with hull extensions, making her 39' long and the asking price is $119K. Why so low? I am really motivated to sell quick. I met a woman and she does not like sailing. The boat is in perfect shape. It went through complete refit in 2008-2009, when the stern extensions were added, as well as new oversized autopilot, new SSB radio, new fridge, new stove, new windlass. Here is the video of sea trials with newly installed stern extensions:
In 2010 after taking possession of the boat, I added 520 Wt of solar panels, new dinghy, Spectra water maker.
For the last 5 years Pacifica has been lazy sailing in San Blas, Panama. This area is perfect for chartering and Pacifica was taking occasional guests, which helped with funds for further improvements of this state-of-the-art boat: new engines, li-ion batteries, wind generator, new 15 HP dinghy engine, class B AIS, true-sine inverter and more.
Just completed the bottom paint job, using TransOcean Clean Ship anti-fouling paint. Three coats all over, 6 coats along the water line.
More pictures of the Pacifica.
