1978 Bristol 40 Cutter Rigged Yawl

10 Tons, 40.3ft., 10.6ft. beam, 5' 4" Draft. Westerbrook diesel, Main, Jib, Jenny, and spinnaker and whisker pole. Sleeps six. Compost Head, Furnace. Solar system. Fishing equipment, tools.
All electrical devices are working well. New depth sounder, radar system and rebuilt auto pilot.
Two house batteries are dry and it needs bottom paint. Also, one of the blades on the prop is slightly bent. Diver says not a big issue.

Burnt Store Marina, FL $21,000 for quick sale.

Quote from reviews:
If you like traditional yachts, you’ll find the Bristol 40 appealing. The boat has the long overhangs,
lovely sheerline, low freeboard, narrow cabin trunk undistorted hull shape, and narrow beam we associate with the beautiful yachts of the past. If you didn’t know she was a Ted Hood design, you might mistake her for a boat by Olin Stephens, John Alden, or Phil Rhodes. The trade-off for these traditional good looks is a boat with a small interior compared to today’s 40- footers.

OK, maybe something like "just north of Ft. Meyers" for those of us who didn't know where Burnt Store Marina is?

The time stamps on the several photos I opened are early April, 2019. If the boat was hauled, why didn't they take care of the prop while it was on the dry?
Other wise, nice looking boat, great price (subject to survey).
