Transatlantic learning opportunity recommendation?

Ahoy! Looking for recommendations for a handson class or opportunity for a transatlantic voyage in 2014. Does anyone have a good recommendation for those of us who would like to do a crossing as a handson or learning experience? thx - Joerg

http://www.yayablues.com/. I did Nova Scotia to St Martin. Everything I ever read abut happened (cockpit fills with water, 50 kts wind, low on fuel, torn sail, big big seas, Gulf Stream) except the really bad stuff (sinking, injury). Great guy. Money well spent, I got exactly what I wanted.
